Whether visiting by road or as a pedestrian, the now fully opened Daedalus Drive gives access to the airport and Lee-on-the-Solent.

If you would like to visit on foot, you will find the access off Stubbington Lane, opposite Crofton Avenue. After a short walk along Daedalus Drive, the control tower and its facilities are located on your left.

As a visiting pilot, this road will take you to the seafront, and within a 10 minute walk you will find yourself in the centre of Lee-on-the-Solent.

By Car

Daedalus Drive gives access for vehicles to Gosport, Fareham, Stubbington, Lee-on-the-Solent town centre, and of course the seafront.

Please note that visitor parking is at the Control Tower.

By Rail

Fareham train station is approx. four miles from the airport. There are frequent rail services from London Victoria and Waterloo, Southampton, Portsmouth, and Brighton to and from Fareham.

By Taxi

There are several local taxi companies that are familiar with the site. Taxis can be booked by the operations team upon request, to meet you upon arrival.

By Bus

The X5 stops only a short walk from the terminal building and offers travel in to Fareham, Southampton and the Gosport Ferry which crosses to Portsmouth Harbour Train Station and Gunwharf Quays shopping.
